"Mark Owen" is a Delta Force operator who took part in the secret operation by the Delta Force which eliminated Osama bin Laden. It was so secretive that the Pakistani government had no idea that this secret operation was taking place on its own soil, despite being an "ally" of the United States. While it did not result in a public fallout between the two nations, it did strain the ties somewhat as it revealed the state of mistrust between the two allies.

While Osama bin Laden was a prized kill for the United States for his role in the fateful 911 attack on American home soil, his death by no means marked the end of terrorism in this world. Terror groups still exist and terror attacks still take place almost every day somewhere in this world - though the motive and target may not be the same. Therefore, every country should remain vigilant against such cowardly attacks by terror groups which almost always end the lives of many innocent people.
