Easy to use, plenty of filters (called presets in Lightroom) and customisable adjustment options to beautify your images.

The filters provided in Camera+ are so good that you hardly need to do any more of your own adjustments.
But if you really need, there are also plenty of adjustment options for you on top of the preset filter adjustments which you could also customise the strength of the filter adjustments.

Plenty of sharing options

Options to share via facebook, twitter, flickr. If you also have Camera+ installed on your iPhone, you can also share the photos via iCloud on your iPad and iPhone. Therefore, you can take photos on your iPhone and then edit them on your iPad before sharing it.
The app comes with an in-app camera that allows you to lock AE or AF when taking photos.
